## Questions about pricing

### How do the sign-up credits work?

Book a setup call. You get US$500 in credits at sign up, which cover your first 30 days from handover and up to 1,000 test runs. We set up your dedicated instance and first tests with you, and your team runs them on your own app. After that, the service is US$500 a month, and we agree the next step with you before your credits run out.

### What does US$500 a month include?

A dedicated instance for your team, hands-on setup of your first 3–5 tests, and the web app and CLI to run them. Your team keeps adding tests after that, within your usage allowance.

### Why is there a setup call?

Each instance is provisioned by hand, and it's the quickest way to get a flow you care about running on your own app. There's no self-serve signup. You leave with your instance URL, its access password and your project.

### What counts as a test run?

One execution of one test in a browser, whether it starts from the web app, the CLI or a CI job. Verification runs during checklist import count too.

### How much usage is included?

About 1,000 test runs a month, and your sign-up credits cover up to 1,000 test runs in your first 30 days. If your suite and run cadence need more, we agree it with you.

### What support is included?

Full support, from hands-on setup onward.

### How do I pay?

We arrange payment with you directly before the paid service starts.

### How do renewal and cancellation work?

The service continues month to month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time. Repository tests stay in your repository. Download the YAML of any web test before you leave; downloads are one test at a time, with no bulk export. Ask us about the run results and evidence stored on your instance.

### Do unlimited seats mean separate accounts?

No. It means there is no per-seat charge. Your team shares one instance password, and anyone with it can see every project on that instance. There are no individual accounts, invitations, roles or SSO.

### Where does my data go?

Your dedicated instance holds your tests, results and screenshots. Web runs use a hosted browser on the instance. CLI runs use a browser on your machine and send your instance the selected tests and what the browser shows. Either way, your instance makes the decisions and model calls. CLI test secret values stay on your machine. The docs have the details.

No per-seat charges describes the pricing model; the current instance does not provide separate user accounts or SSO.
